VIP Membership

Four visits each month, including your monthly re-assessment. Additional visits are $140, up to six visits per month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.

How paying for care works

HSA, FSA & superbills

Care here qualifies under most HSA and FSA plans; check with your plan administrator. A superbill is provided at every visit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Plan terms

Plans expire 6, 9, or 12 months from purchase for 4, 8, or 12 visits. Unused visits are refunded, with visits already used billed at the single-visit rate. Plans transfer to an immediate family member.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice. A $50 fee is applied to your patient account for late cancellations and no-shows.
